About the role

  • Write long-form content that positions Alpega as a thought leader: white papers, eBooks, case studies, and blog articles.
  • Create short-form copy that converts: email campaigns, landing pages, social ads, and banner copy.
  • Develop campaign concepts from the ground up, collaborating with designers and the wider marketing team.
  • Adapt content across English and German markets, ensuring cultural resonance while maintaining the brand voice.
  • Support lead generation initiatives by creating gated assets, nurture sequences, and conversion-focused content.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in English (British), French/Spanish. This is essential.
  • 2 to 5 years in copywriting, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience.
  • B2B experience is essential.
  • Writing skills: Ability to write a clear, well-structured 3,000-word article and a 50-character headline.
  • Creative thinking skills: Can present campaign concepts and defend creative choices.
  • Commercial awareness: Understanding of lead generation, demand generation, and content fitting into the buyer journey.
  • Curiosity: Interest in new industries, products, and audiences.
  • AI fluency: Comfortable using AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Writer, or similar) in drafting and editing.
