About the role

  • Responsible for the full sales cycle of our product
  • Acquiring new customers for the DACH region
  • Identify market opportunities and conduct lead generation by making incoming and outgoing calls
  • Constant contact with potential customers like freight forwarders and transport companies
  • Achieve 95% of sales target in the first year
  • Use Salesforce daily and be measured by performance metrics such as customers acquired and revenue generated

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree (or proven hands on experience)
  • At least 1 years of experience working in B2B sales (service or software oriented ideally)
  • Native German
  • Fluent English OR Spanish
  • Experience with Salesforce (ideal but not mandatory)
  • Experience cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
