About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist clients and broker partners as the first point of contact for service needs and issues
- Submit and process operational requests, including funds distributions, cash and stock journals, account updates, ACATs initiation, and other operational tasks
- Research and respond to client issues involving form submissions, transfers, and other operational items
- Interact with trading, brokerage operations, sales, solutions, customer success, engineering, and product teams to resolve client issues
- Ensure new business paperwork is accurately and successfully submitted
- Make independent decisions within general guidelines
- Apply a basic understanding of KYC and client onboarding processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- One to two years of experience in the securities industry
- FINRA Series 7 license
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
- Strong written and communication skills
- Experience with FINRA, Federal, and SEC regulations
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a remote team environment
- Ability to adapt to changing business and regulatory environments
- Basic understanding of KYC and client onboarding processes
- Positive and resilient demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to make independent decisions within general guidelines
