Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on experience building reliable and distributed systems
Good foundational knowledge of how computers work, how the internet works, how databases work, how distributed systems behave and misbehave
Productive with the following technologies: Go, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes
Experience with designing good (RESTful) APIs and spotting bad ones
Deeply interested in how traditional financial markets work
Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
Willing to push back in a civilized and productive way
Ability to take the lead on a project and to roll up sleeves if needed.
Knowledge about securities clearing & settlement, securities finance (nice-to-have)
Experience with gRPC, Protobuf, Temporal, Grafana, Kafka/Redpanda, Helm, Docker (nice-to-have)
