About the role

  • Own Broker API sales enablement strategy
  • Build and maintain core sales assets.
  • Ensure product updates are reflected in sales materials and internal education.
  • Standardize how product GTM materials are rolled out internally.
  • Improve Broker API sales process clarity
  • Document and refine the end-to-end flow from inbound lead.
  • Clarify positioning and qualification criteria to reduce internal friction and misrouting.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to define qualification standards, stage definitions, and CRM hygiene.
  • Support complex enterprise deals
  • Help orchestrate cross-functional coordination for high-impact broker deals requiring solutions, compliance, and integration alignment.
  • Create internal briefing templates and deal review processes for strategic accounts.
  • Enable revenue visibility & performance tracking
  • Partner with RevOps to improve reporting on Broker Sales team activity and pipeline health.
  • Identify bottlenecks in onboarding, due diligence, and go-live transitions and propose operational improvements.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment
  • Work closely with Marketing on Broker API-specific GTM, PR, and partner launches .
  • Coordinate with Product and Solutions to ensure Sales is educated on roadmap, constraints, and positioning.
  • Ensure internal documentation reflects the real support and escalation model for Broker API partners .

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, or B2B fintech sales.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or API-based products, ideally in brokerage, capital markets, or fintech infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles involving compliance, onboarding, and technical integration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — you can translate product complexity into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, battlecards) and structured GTM processes.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable working with dashboards and CRM reporting.
  • High ownership and comfort operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
