About the role
- Own Broker API sales enablement strategy
- Build and maintain core sales assets.
- Ensure product updates are reflected in sales materials and internal education.
- Standardize how product GTM materials are rolled out internally.
- Improve Broker API sales process clarity
- Document and refine the end-to-end flow from inbound lead.
- Clarify positioning and qualification criteria to reduce internal friction and misrouting.
- Partner with Sales leadership to define qualification standards, stage definitions, and CRM hygiene.
- Support complex enterprise deals
- Help orchestrate cross-functional coordination for high-impact broker deals requiring solutions, compliance, and integration alignment.
- Create internal briefing templates and deal review processes for strategic accounts.
- Enable revenue visibility & performance tracking
- Partner with RevOps to improve reporting on Broker Sales team activity and pipeline health.
- Identify bottlenecks in onboarding, due diligence, and go-live transitions and propose operational improvements.
- Drive cross-functional alignment
- Work closely with Marketing on Broker API-specific GTM, PR, and partner launches .
- Coordinate with Product and Solutions to ensure Sales is educated on roadmap, constraints, and positioning.
- Ensure internal documentation reflects the real support and escalation model for Broker API partners .
Requirements
- 2+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, or B2B fintech sales.
- Experience supporting enterprise or API-based products, ideally in brokerage, capital markets, or fintech infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles involving compliance, onboarding, and technical integration.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — you can translate product complexity into clear, compelling narratives.
- Proven experience building and maintaining sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, battlecards) and structured GTM processes.
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable working with dashboards and CRM reporting.
- High ownership and comfort operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
