Business Development Rep

• Build and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (calls, LinkedIn, events, emails, targeted ads)
• Source high-value deals directly globally while coaching BDRs
• Deploy the outbound strategy for the Broke API business line
• Manage daily execution of BDRs; institute team rituals (standups, reviews, training)
• Ramp, train, and coach BDRs on new playbooks, scripts, and strategies
• Review individual performance and set clear KPIs for meetings, opportunities, and pipeline creation
• Partner with AEs to ensure smooth lead handoff and pipeline conversion
• Build dashboards to track outbound performance, ROI, and payback
• Collaborate with Marketing to run logo-specific campaigns and leverage content engagement signals
• Develop the Outbound Playbook as a living process document (scripts, workflows, best practices)
