About the role
- Build the sales operations practice from the ground up, covering technology, data, and processes.
- Design and execute on our CRM strategy (currently Hubspot).
- Create processes and onboarding documentation to support the growing customer teams.
- Work with various customer teams to meet acquisition and growth targets.
- Partner with marketing and data teams to ensure proper flow of data across platforms.
- Collaborate strategically with our head of revenue on team performance, go-to-market strategy, and customer trends.
- Build reports and dashboards to communicate and promote data-driven decision-making, including pipeline, forecasting, capacity planning, budgeting, performance management, data hygiene, and KPIs.
Requirements
- Sales operations experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Expert-level knowledge of major CRM platforms. HubSpot experience is preferred.
- Experience integrating with other sales ops tools, including Outreach, Gong, Chorus, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
- Experience in B2B - SMB / Enterprise. B2C experience is a plus.
- Strong quantitative approach with experience in data analysis and insights, including: SQL, BI tools, Excel / ETL.
- Ability to communicate key sales metrics via dashboards and reports.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with stakeholder management, with the ability to drive decisions / results on collaborative projects.
- Industry experience in FinTech is preferred, especially with broker-dealer business.
