About the role
- Ensure the availability and stability of services in the European market by monitoring production and test environments.
- Assist in the resolution of operational alerts and incidents, including complex issues in Mainframe applications.
- Support the management of tickets for incidents, changes, and service requests, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Participate in the execution of critical incident procedures, root cause analysis, and preparation of post-incident reports.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of operational procedures, knowledge articles, and best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams on application issues, enhancements, and maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience in IT support or production support (1–3 years preferred).
- Knowledge of **Mainframe systems** and **COBOL**.
- Basic knowledge of Linux.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, 24/7 environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team.
