About the role

  • **Alongside** partners with organizations to **drive digital transformation** and **build high-performing tech teams**. **We are looking for a **Junior Sales Consultant** to help grow our customer base by selling our digital products (subscription/licensing model) to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
  • This role is ideal for someone with early sales experience who wants to develop strong skills in B2B sales, working in a digital-first environment.
  • You will be responsible for prospecting, engaging potential clients online, and closing deals.
  • ****Key Responsibilities**
  • - Identify and reach out to potential SMB clients via email, LinkedIn, and other online channels
  • - Qualify leads and understand customer needs
  • - Conduct online product demonstrations (Zoom/Google Meet)
  • - Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
  • - Close subscription-based deals with new customers
  • - Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in CRM tools
  • - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • - Collaborate with internal teams to improve messaging and conversion rates
  • ******Success in This Role**
  • - Close your first deal within **90 days**
  • - Consistently achieve monthly sales targets (deals closed and/or revenue)
  • - Build and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline
  • - Deliver effective product demos with high conversion rates

Requirements

  • - 1–2 years of experience in sales (B2B preferred)
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Comfortable conducting sales conversations and demos online
  • - Results-driven with a proactive mindset
  • - Resilient and able to handle rejection
  • - Good organizational and time management skills
