About the role
- Support implementation of ALONE’s Monitoring & Evaluation framework by helping to ensure outcome and activity data are captured accurately and consistently
- Respond to internal reporting requests and support teams across the organisation in resolving reporting queries and data interpretation issues
- Generate, prepare and validate datasets for internal analysis and external reporting to stakeholders funders, partners and other stakeholders
- Design and develop operational dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Tableau to support service delivery and performance monitoring
- Work closely with ICT and operational teams to support ongoing improvement of ALONE’s CRM systems
- Support the development and implementation of procedures to strengthen data quality and data management practices across the organisation
- Deliver training and guidance to staff to build confidence and best practice in data entry, management and use
- Contribute to building a culture of data ownership and continuous improvement across the organisation
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Background in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence role
- Familiarity using data management systems or CRMs (Salesforce experience strongly desirable)
- Proven ability in producing reports and analysing data to support performance monitoring
- Experience developing dashboards or data visualisations (e.g. Tableau, Power BI or similar)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences
- Background working collaboratively with teams across an organisation
- Experience developing guidance materials or delivering training to staff desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
- Experience working in health, social care, or community-based service settings desirable
