• Organizes and facilitates all staffing and scheduling needs within the nursing department
• Assists the Director of Med/Surg and/or Clinical Directors in time card processing
• Prepares master schedules
• Coordinates placements of appropriate personnel
• Provides daily maintenance with scheduling software
• Communicates staff adjustments to Supervisors and Clinical Directors
• Records keeper for vacations, holidays, schedule exchanges, and leave of absences
• Maintains a current list of all employee phone numbers
