About the role
- Lead and mentor the instructional design team to execute high-quality projects
- Develop instructional design strategies based on best practices (e.g., ADDIE model, Agile design)
- Manage projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and developers to transform content into interactive learning experiences (videos, digital activities, etc.)
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs using analytics and implement improvements accordingly
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in educational technology (e.g., LMS, AI-powered learning)
- Manage resources and task distribution within the team for optimal efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 5+ years in instructional design, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of adaptive learning or virtual reality technologies
- Proficiency in tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, LMS
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPLP, ATD)
- Ability to motivate teams and make strategic decisions
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
