About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and own the end-to-end user acquisition strategy for Japan.
- Plan, execute, and analyze large-scale UA campaigns.
- Lead in-depth data analysis to optimize campaigns.
- Drive continuous A/B testing and optimization of creatives.
- Partner closely with Creative, Product, Localization, Sales, and Data teams.
- Manage existing ad partner and agency relationships.
- Stay updated on the latest UA trends and mobile advertising technologies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and UA best practices in Japan.
- Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
- Hands-on expertise with major platforms (Naver, Line, Google Ads, Unity, Moloco).
- Familiarity with mobile attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust).
- Exceptional analytical skills to interpret large datasets.
- Strategic ability to formulate comprehensive UA strategies and maintain a hands-on approach .
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively across teams and provide clear reporting.
