About the role
- Meticulously test web and mobile apps and become a product expert
- Partner with Product Managers to understand the 'why' behind features and focus testing on user experience
- Validate A/B tests and experiments to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Hunt down, document, and track bugs and work closely with developers to resolve them
- Contribute to test automation efforts using modern tools like Cypress or Playwright
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Requirements
- Around 2 years of experience in a software testing role
- Solid understanding of QA fundamentals (functional, regression, and exploratory testing)
- Familiarity with tools like Linear.app, AI testing tools, or GitLab
- Some exposure to a scripting language such as JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude
- Ability to be present in the Berlin office every weekday
- Willingness to collaborate in agile ceremonies and communicate openly with cross-functional teams
