About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the commercial and technical strategy for the Google platform (GCP, Workspace and Education), driving revenue growth through complex, consultative sales.
  • Ensure alignment between technological solutions and customers' business needs, maintaining a close relationship with the vendor to leverage market opportunities.
  • Define and execute the sales plan aligned with organizational objectives, using market analysis and trends in Cloud Computing and AI.
  • Manage and motivate internal and virtual (cross-functional) sales teams, developing capabilities and ensuring delivery of effective solutions under pressure.
  • Act as the focal point, building bridges to advance opportunities and provide technical-commercial support.
  • Maintain and expand the key customer base, identifying upsell and cross-sell needs in collaboration with the vendor.
  • Lead long sales cycles and high-value negotiations, ensuring the closing of robust, customized contracts.
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, sales volume and average sales cycle, adjusting strategic direction as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Expertise in consultative selling and vendor relationship management.
  • Technical architecture understanding, Google licensing, and trends (AI, Big Data).
  • Strong experience in technical sales, complex sales and team management.
  • Proficiency with the Google GCP console, Workspace and the Education segment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or IT.
  • Preferred: MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Management or related fields.
