About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Creation of assets for internal communications (cards, banners, e-mails and presentations)
Support for internal marketing campaigns and engagement initiatives
Adapting content to the company’s visual identity
Collaboration with the DHO (People & Organizational Development) and Communications teams
Making adjustments to assets based on feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator
Understanding of composition, typography and visual identity
Organized and detail-oriented
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Ability to manage deadlines and handle day-to-day requests
Responsible and committed to meeting deliverables
Eagerness to learn, develop and collaborate
Academic or personal experience creating graphic assets
Technical or complementary courses in design, communication or marketing
Interest in internal communications, organizational culture or internal marketing (endomarketing)
Curiosity about trends and new design tools
Education: Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related fields
