About the role
- Creation of assets for internal communications (cards, banners, e-mails and presentations)
- Support for internal marketing campaigns and engagement initiatives
- Adapting content to the company’s visual identity
- Collaboration with the DHO (People & Organizational Development) and Communications teams
- Making adjustments to assets based on feedback
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator
- Understanding of composition, typography and visual identity
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle day-to-day requests
- Responsible and committed to meeting deliverables
- Eagerness to learn, develop and collaborate
- Academic or personal experience creating graphic assets
- Technical or complementary courses in design, communication or marketing
- Interest in internal communications, organizational culture or internal marketing (endomarketing)
- Curiosity about trends and new design tools
- Education: Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related fields
