About the role
- Creation of new reports and performance indicators
- Modification and correction of deviations in existing reports
- Preparation of presentations for internal and external clients
- Analysis of generated information and identification of operational deviations
- Management of Quality Assistants
- Comparing monitoring results with operational performance outcomes
- Providing input to initiatives aimed at improving telephone customer service quality
