About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the account's influence strategy with a creator economy perspective, contributing to the creative layer from briefing onward
Map and select creators with a strategic mindset: alignment of values, audience, format and cultural timing
Manage the complete influencer process: briefing, creative alignment, production oversight, delivery and reporting
Work on campaigns and special content projects as well as always-on initiatives, including on-site activations and real-time coverage
Identify UGC opportunities that extend the organic impact of initiatives
Monitor performance and feed the strategy with concrete learnings
Supply the planning and creative teams with conversation opportunities driven by creators

Requirements

What you’ll need

End-to-end experience in influencer projects: from briefing to measurement
Knowledge of the creator economy
Familiarity with influencer management platforms
Experience using UGC as a strategic campaign tool
Comfortable with AI tools applied to the creative process
Up-to-date network knowledge, with creators who are currently trending
Genuine curiosity about digital culture and the creator ecosystem
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with creators, PR teams, the creative team and client leadership
Organized and agile
True proactivity: identifies opportunities before briefings arrive and coordinates the pieces to make them happen
