About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the strategic content vision for the brands, including the role of channels and influencers;
- Build the campaign message map and guide the always-on approach;
- Define strategic premises from a content perspective;
- Monitor, research, and investigate trends and opportunities across social media;
- Analyze brand platform data and track campaign KPIs;
- Study and generate audience insights for the client;
- Structure presentations and narratives to support strategic and creative directions;
- Work in partnership with other agency departments, such as creative, media, and account management;
- Direct interaction with the client;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Social Communication – Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields;
- Experience in communication planning and developing content strategy;
- Heavy user of social networks and popular culture (TikTok, X, Instagram, Kwai and similar);
- Fluent in English; Spanish is considered a differential;
