About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cross-functional role to lead the programmatic platforms operations team (DV360, Invest, Amazon, Meli).
- Maintain close relationships with market tool/platform providers.
- Ensure the application of learnings across clients.
- Manage and provide technical training for team members.
- Ensure operational excellence and maximize utilization of platform features.
- Ensure optimal strategy application for all types of objectives.
- Maintain client relationships.
- Interface with media, data, account management, and planning teams.
- Seek new partner and technology opportunities focused on driving results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience with day-to-day performance operations.
- Experience managing large teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms).
- Strategic knowledge of media buying and optimization.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Organizational understanding of operational processes.
