About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Observe and interact with the audience in the brand's voice to build relationships and encourage engagement.
- Create opportunities by analyzing fan behavior and events related to the brand.
- Prepare the brand's social calendar in collaboration with Media and Creative teams, identifying opportunities and issues that arise day-to-day to include in content and editorials.
- Monitor the brand's performance across digital channels, evaluating engagement rates and the relevance of posts to optimize brand work. Make course corrections and identify new interaction opportunities.
- Upload posts according to the schedule.
- Coordinate with the BI team on projects to incorporate data-driven insights into observations and analyses.
- Participate in developing briefs together with Account, Creative, and Media teams, compiling the annual content plan to be published according to client planning.
- Manage crisis situations, preparing reports that show necessary adjustments, correcting content, analyzing traffic, comments, likes, and the potential for negative perception of the product.
- Coordinate activities related to customer service, tracking deadlines and executing tasks with Creative and Production teams.
- Create and update Response Guides for consumers on each platform, using client-provided materials containing the necessary product information.
- Resolve occasional issues not covered in the Response Guides by requesting client support.
- Generate proactive insights, presenting market opportunities to the client through monitoring the digital landscape.
- Align strategies by communicating with teams involved in the project.
- Perform other related activities as requested or instructed by your immediate supervisor to contribute to the team and your professional development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
- Familiarity with social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Kwai, Twitter, and other media;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office;
- Comfortable collaborating with different agency departments;
- Familiarity with Keynote
