About the role

  • Define the strategic content vision for the brands, including the role of channels and influencers;
  • Build campaign messaging maps and guide the always-on approach;
  • Define strategic content principles and assumptions;
  • Monitor, research, and investigate trends and opportunities across social media;
  • Analyze brand platform data and track campaign KPIs;
  • Study and generate audience insights for the client;
  • Develop presentations and narratives to advocate strategic and creative directions;
  • Work in partnership with other agency departments such as Creative, Media, and Account Management;
  • Direct client interaction;
  • Identify trends and opportunities, and propose content topics for social media;
  • Receive and execute content and influencer briefings;
  • Monitor campaign and/or always-on (AON) results;
  • Prepare performance reports, social listening analyses, and strategy recommendations;
  • Create campaign and/or always-on content calendars;
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with internal agency teams;
  • Manage deliverables from digital influencers;
  • Complete project management (PM) documentation for assets included in the social calendar;
  • Manage post approval workflows with clients;
  • Support and assist in structuring real-time event coverage and capture.

Requirements

  • Experience in communication planning and developing content strategies;
  • Heavy user of social media and popular culture (TikTok, X, Instagram, Kwai, etc.);
  • Advanced proficiency in English;
  • Previous experience leading a team;
  • Previous experience managing projects;
