About the role

  • Close monitoring and support of media operations
  • Interaction with client teams during project involvement
  • Presentation of reports and analyses to clients and other agency teams
  • Collaborate on strategic planning by applying broad critical thinking about the client’s brand, actions, and competitive landscape using available data
  • Expand the volume of available data by working together with the data engineering team
  • Translate analytical needs into project specifications for specialists (data solutions, data engineering, martech, social insights, research, etc.)
  • Participate in channel, audience and budget strategies
  • Present to clients with support from specialists (social, research, etc.) in a clear, layperson-friendly narrative (strong storytelling skills for PPT/Keynote)

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics and digital marketing tools: media platforms, social networks, audience platforms
  • Previous experience implementing and analyzing data with GA4 (Adobe Analytics is a plus)
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach to identifying and resolving related issues
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of data visualization tools: Power BI / Looker Studio
  • Advanced Excel
  • Marketing concepts such as customer journey, conversion funnel, and attribution
  • On- and off-line media metrics, acquisition and business metrics (preferred)
  • Handling of unstructured and semi-structured data
  • Understanding of first-, second-, and third-party data concepts
  • Advanced English - conversational
