About the role

  • Analyze website performance metrics (conversion rate, bounce rate, time on site, funnels)
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4)
  • Create and monitor events, goals and conversions
  • Map and analyze the user journey on the website
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks on pages and flows
  • Develop optimization hypotheses based on data
  • Execute and monitor A/B tests (basic/intermediate)
  • Analyze test results and generate actionable learnings
  • Interpret heatmaps, click maps and session recordings (e.g., Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or similar)
  • Support landing page optimization
  • Work with conversion funnels and forms
  • Apply UX/UI concepts to improve conversion
  • Ability to turn data into practical insights
  • Fundamentals of CRO
  • Digital marketing and performance metrics
  • Basic principles of UX and user behavior
  • Sales funnel and digital marketing
  • Basic knowledge of SEO (a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of paid media and performance (a plus)
