About the role
- Analyze website performance metrics (conversion rate, bounce rate, time on site, funnels)
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4)
- Create and monitor events, goals and conversions
- Map and analyze the user journey on the website
- Identify conversion bottlenecks on pages and flows
- Develop optimization hypotheses based on data
- Execute and monitor A/B tests (basic/intermediate)
- Analyze test results and generate actionable learnings
- Interpret heatmaps, click maps and session recordings (e.g., Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or similar)
- Support landing page optimization
- Work with conversion funnels and forms
- Apply UX/UI concepts to improve conversion
- Ability to turn data into practical insights
- Fundamentals of CRO
- Digital marketing and performance metrics
- Basic principles of UX and user behavior
- Sales funnel and digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of SEO (a plus)
- Basic knowledge of paid media and performance (a plus)
Requirements
