About the role

  • Set up, manage, and scale campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Capterra, Reddit, etc.
  • Understand audience problems and behavior to target and re-market contextually.
  • Write quirky and intriguing ad copy and translate to visual ideas; work with design to execute creative.
  • Report and analyze spend, performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Break down pipeline targets to channel/campaign objectives and execute.
  • Dissect and diagnose the funnel to identify bottlenecks and improve conversions.
  • Work closely with sales to provide feedback and intel to meet shared pipeline goals.
  • Set up and fix workflows for lead flow, reporting, and conversions from website to deals.
  • Audit existing paid marketing efforts, run experiments, and craft strategies for new markets or campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bangalore-based — hybrid role for candidates in Bangalore.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a performance marketer, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms: Google, LinkedIn, Capterra, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Reddit, YouTube.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and GA4.
  • Ability to structure thoughts, communicate clearly, and make compelling pitches to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to form hypotheses, run experiments, and reason out results.
  • Copywriting skills and passion for unconventional creative expression (good-to-have).
  • Bias for action, high agency, and ownership (good-to-have).
