About the role
- Support the design and implementation of high-quality professional learning experiences across the mathematics portfolio.
- Work directly with educators, school teams, and project partners to design and facilitate professional learning.
- Provide coaching to teachers and instructional leaders.
- Develop practice-based tools and resources.
- Support implementation across a range of math-focused initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Demonstrated success supporting teachers and/or school teams through implementation of new instructional practices
- Minimum of 7 - 10 years of relevant professional experience in a combination of K–12 mathematics teaching, math coaching or instructional leadership, curriculum or instructional design in mathematics, professional learning design and facilitation, education technology or AI-related instructional innovation.
- Strong knowledge of high-quality mathematics instruction and curriculum, including student discourse, problem solving, conceptual understanding, equitable participation, and the effective use of high-quality instructional materials (HQIM)
- Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate professional learning for adult learners and to coach educators in implementing new instructional practices.
- Demonstrated AI literacy and hands-on experience using AI tools in educator-facing contexts.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other collaboration and documentation tools.
