About the role

  • - Interrogate market analysis, consumer insights and internal performance analysis to provide structured problem solving
  • - Accelerate strategic projects, particularly in relation to projects that do not have a “natural” functional owner
  • - Provide structured storytelling to support strategy articulation and communication of key project or business updates
  • - Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess business health and identify improvement opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive understanding
  • - Support the Strategy Manager and Head of Strategy in preparing materials for Executive and Board meetings
  • - Support the development of long-term strategic plans and annual planning cycles

Requirements

  • - Experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or business analysis
  • - Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • - Ability to synthesise complex data analysis into simple focused messages and insights and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, with experience in data visualization tools a bonus (e.g. Power BI)
  • - Collaborative approach to working, strong team player
  • - Proactive thinker, challenging the status quo and recommending new approaches
  • - Must be able to embrace change, and re-establish priorities as necessary
  • - Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner
  • - A keen eye for detail and zero-defect approach
