About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) across all geographic regions
  • Maintain close liaison with the Project Manager (PM) and other department leaders on all trial-related and service delivery matters
  • Support the leadership team through training, process improvements, co-monitoring visits, staff mentoring and/or other special assignments within Global Clinical Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A degree in life sciences or nursing is preferred but not required
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical research, including at least 1 year as a senior CRA or in an equivalent role
  • Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP, clinical trials, and the key elements required for successful study execution
  • Strong therapeutic experience in oncology
  • Experience and knowledge of the CRO industry that will support Allucent’s clinical trial management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional-level English for daily communication with internal and external stakeholders
