About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and manage the activities of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) across all geographic regions
Maintain close liaison with the Project Manager (PM) and other department leaders on all trial-related and service delivery matters
Support the leadership team through training, process improvements, co-monitoring visits, staff mentoring and/or other special assignments within Global Clinical Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in life sciences or nursing is preferred but not required
At least 5 years of experience in clinical research, including at least 1 year as a senior CRA or in an equivalent role
Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP, clinical trials, and the key elements required for successful study execution
Strong therapeutic experience in oncology
Experience and knowledge of the CRO industry that will support Allucent’s clinical trial management
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional-level English for daily communication with internal and external stakeholders
