About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to assess learning needs and design effective learning solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain learning experiences using instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles across e-learning, virtual instructor-led, instructor-led, and blended modalities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align learning solutions with business objectives, organizational standards, and learner needs
- Analyze performance gaps and recommend learning strategies, content, and development approaches that drive measurable business outcomes
- Create interactive learning content, job aids, assessments, and performance support resources
- Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- No supervisory duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Experience designing and developing e-learning content using Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise, and Camtasia
- Experience applying instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, or similar frameworks
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning technologies
- Experience conducting learning needs analyses and translating business needs into learning solutions
- Strong stakeholder consultation, communication, and project management skills
- Experience with Synthesia, Adobe Audition, and video-based learning development preferred
- Experience utilizing Learning Management Systems preferred
- Experience developing blended learning programs preferred
- Professional proficiency in both English and Canadian French preferred
- Experience measuring learning effectiveness and using data to improve learning outcomes preferred
