Key responsibilities & impact

Manage talent partner relationships as the primary point of contact, driving alignment on hiring needs and performance.
Review partner-submitted candidates, present qualified talent to hiring teams, and maintain a strong pipeline for priority roles.
Design streamlined processes and workflows to track partner-sourced candidates and improve visibility across the hiring pipeline.
Track performance metrics, share insights with stakeholders, and recommend improvements to strengthen partner and sourcing strategies.
Collaborate with recruiting teams on hiring priorities while supporting partnership events, candidate readiness efforts, and broader TA initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Beamery) preferred
