Key responsibilities & impact

Lead hands-on process mapping, analysis, and redesign using tools such as Mural and Microsoft Visio
Analyze current-state workflows to identify inefficiencies
Design and document future-state processes aligned to business goals
Apply Lean and/or Six Sigma principles for operational efficiency
Partner closely with stakeholders to gather business and process requirements
Extract, manipulate and analyze data for insights
Define, monitor, and interpret KPIs for success measurement

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in business analysis or business process analysis in a data-driven environment
Proven experience with process mapping, process design, and process improvement
Strong understanding of how data supports business decisions
Experience with Insurance, InsurTech, or digital insurance platforms
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience using process mapping tools such as Mural and Microsoft Visio
Proficiency in Excel
Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and related data tools
