Support 1st and 3rd party material damage claims.
Create or audit estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses.
Negotiate settlements and document all activities in complex files.
Evaluate settlement alternatives by reviewing regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
Build relationships with both internal and external customers across multiple lines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience writing supplements within the insurance industry, preferably in a carrier environment.
Strong analytical skills to prepare accurate, comprehensive damage estimates.
Highly organized and effective at managing a claims diary.
Confident in negotiating with body shops.
Motivated to take on new challenges and continue growth within the organization.
Active insurance license must be terminated prior to onboarding.
Must not hold any outside appointments during employment.
