About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide varied administrative support to multiple managers and staff.
- Support two directors in calendar scheduling, expense report creation, meeting scheduling, and travel planning.
- Utilize required standard and specialized software applications including Microsoft Outlook and Concur Expense reporting.
- Prepare presentations independently with PowerPoint.
- Train and lead routine work processes.
- Gather and summarize detailed information for a response/decision.
- Handle multiple demands on an ongoing basis including difficult situations.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
