Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and potential business conduct risks.
Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support risk mitigation strategies and business decision-making.
Execute SQL queries to investigate trigger behaviors, analyze data, and provide meaningful summaries to investigative teams.
Compile, cleanse, organize, and interpret large datasets to understand business outcomes and emerging issues.
Conduct risk assessments and trend analyses, including cost-benefit evaluations and business impact assessments.
Partner with business, technology, compliance, and operational teams to deliver effective solutions.
Serve as a trusted subject matter expert and liaison between stakeholders across the organization.
Create and deliver presentations, dashboards, and executive updates that communicate key findings and recommendations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong SQL skills with the ability to write, execute, analyze, and explain query results.
Experience using data to identify trends, risks, anomalies, or business opportunities.
Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups in a collaborative environment.
Preferred: Power BI experience, including dashboard creation and data visualization.
Preferred: Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
Preferred: Experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps.
Preferred: Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
Preferred: Experience supporting risk, compliance, governance, audit, investigative, or business analytics functions.
