About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver accurate, consistent, and timely enterprise financial and operational reporting.
Ensure data integrity by driving systematic improvements that automate, streamline, and modernize reporting processes.
Design, develop, and maintain highly complex, interactive dashboards and infographics using BI tools (primarily Power BI).
Independently build advanced financial and operational reports, ensuring accuracy and usability.
Drive reporting efficiency through automation, standardization, and modernization initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance recurring reports and dashboards.
Lead end-to-end reporting lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation validation.
Develop innovative data visualization solutions to clearly communicate insights and support business decision-making.
Mentor and cross-train junior consultants; support leadership in talent development and succession planning.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX)
Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, reporting automation)
Exposure to Microsoft Fabric (minimum 6 months experience)
Experience with data visualization, reporting automation, and BI tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
