Key responsibilities & impact

Completes assigned tasks and customer support initiatives accurately and within established timelines
Participates in and contributes to operational process improvement projects that enhance customer experience and service delivery
Owns, manages, and executes at least one critical recurring operational process to ensure consistent and high-quality service
