About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Completes assigned tasks and customer support initiatives accurately and within established timelines
  • Participates in and contributes to operational process improvement projects that enhance customer experience and service delivery
  • Owns, manages, and executes at least one critical recurring operational process to ensure consistent and high-quality service
  • Tracks individual performance, project milestones, and timelines to support timely and effective customer outcomes
  • Composes and communicates professionally in all interactions including phone calls, memos, letters, and emails
