Senior Customer Insights Consultant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build strong partnerships across the organization to help drive customer experience improvements
- Serve as a Voice of Customer subject matter expert and trusted business partner
- Provide strategic recommendations and thought leadership on VoC best practices
- Analyze customer feedback and experience data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
- Assist in the design and deployment of VoC programs such as surveys and feedback initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in Voice of Customer, Customer Experience, Market Research, Insights, or a related field
- Experience using survey and feedback management platforms (Qualtrics preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
