Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
3+ years of proven litigation experience or strong litigation-type skills.
First or second chair jury trial experience.
Proven experience with insurance defense is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LexisNexis, and internet research.
Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with legal teams.
Comfortable working in a remote environment and willing to travel throughout Hampton Roads, VA.
