About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and streamline product development processes to improve efficiency
- Standardize documentation, workflows, and best practices for product and UX teams
- Collect and analyze product performance data to support PM and UX teams
- Manage and optimize tools like Jira, Confluence, Product Plan, Figma, and Lucid Spark
- Document user feedback loops and assist UX designers in research synthesis
- Create low-fidelity wireframes to visualize product ideas and concepts
- Conduct competitive analysis to summarize findings and present insights to the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program; preferably a rising junior or senior
- Passionate about technology, user experience, and growth strategies
- Interest in product management, demonstrated through past school or side projects, work experience, or knowledge about the field
- Interest in designing intuitive user experiences and simplifying complex workflows
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform product decisions
- Interest in growth strategies, A/B testing, and product-led growth
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
