Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in social media and content marketing roles
- 4+ years of experience leading teams and managing agencies (or clients) in complex, matrixed organizations
- Deep expertise in social platforms, content strategy and cultural dynamics
- Strong editorial point of view paired with business and data sensibilities
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross‑functional partners
- Curious, adaptable and future‑focused, with a clear perspective on where social is headed
- Top-notch communication and presentation skills
