Key responsibilities & impact

Execute critical banking activities: Prepare documentation to open, close, and maintain bank accounts and related services
Manage daily wire activity: Initiate, review, and release wire transfers with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
Support cash flow operations: Consolidate and process transactions to enable effective liquidity management and investment decisions
Monitor account activity: Track balances, identify potential overdrafts, and ensure funds are properly allocated
Leverage Treasury systems: Utilize the Treasury Workstation and bank portals to execute transactions and maintain data integrity
Provide operational support: Troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with internal controls, and maintain accurate documentation
Partner across teams: Work closely with Treasury, business units, and external banking partners to support daily operations
Ensure business continuity: Perform critical tasks during business resumption events to maintain uninterrupted financial operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
Experience or comfort working within Microsoft 365 tools
Strong organizational skills and follow-through
Exposure to banking, finance, accounting, or treasury operations (nice to have)
Experience working with wire transfers, cash management, or financial systems (nice to have)
College degree (preferred but not required)
