About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct risk‑based ethics, regulatory compliance, and privacy risk assessments to evaluate inherent risk, control design, and operational effectiveness.
Assess whether ethics, regulatory compliance, and privacy controls are well‑designed, implemented in practice, and working effectively.
Identify and evaluate emerging risks, including regulatory change, data usage, and technology‑enabled risks.
Advise business partners on practical, risk‑based remediation actions and escalate issues as appropriate.
Support advancement of the ethics, regulatory compliance, and privacy program across program maturity stages using recognized frameworks.
Identify systemic themes and improvement opportunities to strengthen program consistency, integration, and effectiveness.
Partner with Legal, HR, Technology, Privacy, Internal Audit, and business leaders to ensure a coordinated enterprise risk approach.
Prepare clear, executive‑ready risk summaries, dashboards, and metrics highlighting key risks and trends.
Contribute to building and sustaining a strong ethical culture, reinforcing accountability, speak‑up, and responsible data stewardship.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience one or more of the following areas: Ethics and compliance programs, regulatory compliance or privacy risk management or enterprise risk management, internal audit, or assurance.
Strong understanding of ethics, compliance, and privacy risk concepts and control frameworks.
Ability to evaluate program design and operational effectiveness.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level synthesis.
Strong judgment, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive matters.
Ability to influence and partner across functions without formal authority.
