About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the design of customer experiences by improving existing journeys and creating new ones.
Leverage data to identify opportunities for improvement and shape future-state experiences.
Partner with key stakeholders to drive alignment and track progress using defined performance metrics.
Diagnose customer journey pain points and develop solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7 or more years of experience (Preferred).
Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication.
Solid knowledge and application of journey design and user-centered design methodologies (e.g., journey mapping, ideation, prototyping).
Strong project and program management capabilities.
Highly self-directed and proactive.
Exceptional relationship management skills.
