About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative and operational support for Client Legal Services attorneys under general attorney supervision.
  • Enter and manage case-related data, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence related to trial, arbitration, and mediation.
  • Responsible for calendar management, scheduling litigation events, e-filing, and supporting case workflows that require accuracy, adaptability, and strong external communication.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance within Team Connect (Litigation Management System)
  • Enter, update, and manage case data, including pleadings, motions, discovery, trial, arbitration, and mediation correspondence
  • Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling for hearings, depositions, mediations, and related litigation events
  • Prepare, track, and maintain files and documentation in accordance with established procedures
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners and external contacts to support case progression
  • Make basic case support decisions within defined guidelines and under attorney supervision
  • Manage competing priorities and adjust to changing workflows in a litigation environment
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within required timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Administrative experience in a legal, insurance, or professional services environment, preferably supporting insurance defense litigation
  • Experience supporting litigation activities, including scheduling and case coordination
  • Working knowledge of legal terminology, civil litigation processes, and case management systems required
  • Familiarity with various Georgia courts and local procedures required
  • Court approval experience and knowledge of the Georgia court system considered a strong plus
