Requirements
What you’ll need- Complete Property & Casualty (P&C) licensing requirements to become a qualified representative
- Engage with prospective customers to understand needs and develop solutions that protect their assets
- Support the sales process by following up on new customer leads and maintaining customer engagement
- Assist in building and maintaining customer relationships post-sale to support retention and satisfaction
- Participate in marketing and outreach efforts within personal networks and campus communities
- Promote relatable products for college populations (e.g., renter’s insurance, device protection)
- Support day-to-day sales activities, including documenting interactions and tracking follow-up actions
- Collaborate with team members to gather insights and contribute to sales effectiveness and process improvements
