About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for consistently exceeding agreed upon new business production and other KPIs.
- Managing agents of an assigned market to increase company market share.
- Promoting full suite of National General Insurance products into Independent Agency Partners.
- Collaborating with Independent Agents to assist with business plans and performance analysis.
- Handling quote and issuance flow of assigned market.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
- 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- Knowledge of the independent agency channel, including industry competitors, major brokers and national industry associations.
- Strong understanding of production data and reporting to analyze agency-level performance.
- Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
