Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze business processes, systems, and data requirements; translate needs into functional and technical specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
Leverage Microsoft Fabric to support data modeling, transformation, and analytics solutions.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, governance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
Partner with business, risk, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
Support testing, validation, and ongoing enhancements of reporting and data solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI
Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms
Strong data analysis and SQL skills
Proven system analyst experience, including requirements gathering and documentation
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Experience in enterprise, regulated, or risk focused environments
Familiarity with data governance, controls, and executive reporting
Experience supporting analytics solutions at scale
Able to work autonomously, and quickly learn new concepts
