Senior Consultant II, Marketing Program Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute integrated marketing programs designed to support Exclusive Agency marketing plans
- Lead end-to-end program planning from concepts and pilot design, launch, and optimization
- Contribute to the design of strategies to drive growth and retention through collaboration with internal partners and external vendors overseeing onboarding, scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables
- Manage multiple, complex marketing projects, including developing detailed project plans and timelines
- Create and deliver educational resources, communications and presentations designed to ensure awareness and adoption of programs amongst varied stakeholder groups
- Analyze and report on program performance using insights to modify or improve future programs
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing campaigns
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- Skills in Budgeting, Deliverables Management, Marketing Campaigns, Marketing Planning, Marketing Programs
