About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently designs user experiences for highly complex products
Directs and mentors designers in both design and research
Plans and conducts user research to inform design decisions
Translates research findings into clear, actionable insights
Elevates UX research processes and advocates for integrated UX research practices
Develops innovative solutions using human-centered design methods
Oversees the UX design process across multi-disciplinary teams
Leads UX strategy using deliverables such as wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, and prototypes
Collaborates within product teams to assess opportunities and features

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Experience with complex transactional business models
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Expert in design programs such as Adobe, Figma, Mural, and MS Office Suite
Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS
Ability to produce prototypes
Must be fluent in English.
