Key responsibilities & impact

As Strategic Business Architect Lead Consultant, be the bridge between business needs and HR delivery
Influence and align senior stakeholders at all levels
Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence and business partners to support end-to-end employee experience discovery and redesign
Develop clear “as-is” and “to-be” process models, create future-state roadmaps
Collaborate with HR Technology and Service Delivery teams improving operational efficiencies
Partner with HR teams to define and track metrics that measure HR services effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 3 year’s HR or business related experience working with Workday HCM solutions at scale
A minimum of 2 years owning or configuring Compensation, Time, or Absence modules
A minimum 1 years’ experience coaching or mentoring team members globally
Demonstrated ability to apply Agile best practices while clearly communicating complex concepts
