Business Architect, Workday – Lead Consultant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As Strategic Business Architect Lead Consultant, be the bridge between business needs and HR delivery
- Influence and align senior stakeholders at all levels
- Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence and business partners to support end-to-end employee experience discovery and redesign
- Develop clear “as-is” and “to-be” process models, create future-state roadmaps
- Collaborate with HR Technology and Service Delivery teams improving operational efficiencies
- Partner with HR teams to define and track metrics that measure HR services effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 3 year’s HR or business related experience working with Workday HCM solutions at scale
- A minimum of 2 years owning or configuring Compensation, Time, or Absence modules
- A minimum 1 years’ experience coaching or mentoring team members globally
- Demonstrated ability to apply Agile best practices while clearly communicating complex concepts
